Are We Just Going to Leave Everyone Else Behind?
Are we just going to leave everyone else behind?
How does one decide between cutting Internet services, or food?
It is a disturbing trend. Social workers and school officials are scouring the area to locate children missing from classes only to find find some homes shattered and in disarray with many families struggling to provide basic needs let alone internet services.
Food and shelter make email and wireless internet services mute in comparison. Many families do not have a choice. If someone falls behind financially, and therefore technologically, isn't that a modern day death sentence?

Does the person with the new garbage can notice the old can without the lid?
A symbol of the times. There is a big difference in view points if you have a new can with a lid as opposed to the average old lidless can. What does this mean about cybersecurity and technology?

How can you even call anyone without a cell phone today? |

Basic technology and cybersecurity fundamentals must be applied at an earlier and earlier age so as not to leave anyone behind. If tomorrows applicant is todays student that is unable to get online and falls behind educationally and socially, he or she will no doubt fall behind technologically and therefore may fall behind financially in the future as well.
If you can't upload a resume or CV, how can you ever get hired?
Basic computing and communication skills today are not what they were 60 years ago.
No one needed a good cybersecurity policy with a black and white tv.
Now you need at least a smartphone and a smart tv.
Now is the time for cybersecurity and technological awareness so no man woman or child is left behind.
Unless anyone plans on reverting back to a black and white tv and no social media, or email, or...
